Day 2 in Germany - By Srithik Pal

Dear Steve,

Today, I had to wake up very early as I had my Biology test. I started my day by revising the chapter but I was extremely tensed at that time.

 Then I joined the meeting and took the test, which can’t be judged as easy or hard. After that I attended all the other classes till 1:30 p.m., had a delicious lunch which was made by my chef-mother, played some online games with my friends and slept. When I woke up, I saw my parents preparing to go out somewhere. I was a little confused and asked them what’s going on? They replied “We are going to MarienPlatz!!!” I was surprised by that but I didn’t know the place.  However, my father guided the route and finally we reached. It is wonderful with a huge mansion like house and a large tree with beautiful lighting on it. We roamed around, bought some items (shoes, clothes etc) had some snacks in a weird looking café etc. After some enjoyment, we took a metro to return home. I was sad at that time because I wanted to stay a little more because it started snowing and I was enjoying it a lot. We reached home at about 11.00 p.m. (according to India’s time), and quickly changed our clothes.

It was a very nice day having a short family trip to a new and beautiful place and my mother took some pics of that place which I am going to share with you. So, bye bye for now Steve.
