Stella’s boring life to the best life! - By Angelisa Das

Hello, I am Stella, a normal girl living in Texas, USA. My life is very boring. I had no friends and I was lonely. One day I woke up from my sleep and found out that the door of my house was open, there was nobody inside. I was scared. I looked around the house for possible threats. There is nobody inside, I got out of my bed and headed to the bathroom. I entered the bathroom and brushed my teeth, I looked at myself in the mirror.

As I stood in front of the mirror, I noticed a small door on the wall. I touched the door to open it. I walked towards the tree trunk and noticed that the trunk was a small tree. I decided to find out more about it. Then there was a secret world inside the tree trunk.  It was magical. As I walked closer to the tree, the trunk started to glow with a blue light. It was really magical and I had to explore it more. I saw an elf, he asked me to go inside the trunk. I entered the trunk of the tree and I started to notice all of the magical items inside. There were many elves. They were kind to me. They treated me like a princess. I was so happy. I played with them and had fun. There I saw all the magical items. They explained to me that I was a princess and they made me feel welcome. I then asked them about my life before. They told me that they took care of me when I was a baby. They knew my parents and they raised me by their side. I was happy with my new friends and every day I would go to their house after school. I was so happy; my life was now perfect.

One day I went inside the tree trunk to explore more. I saw a secret room. I decided to go there. As I entered the secret room; I saw a magical object inside. I looked at it and was surprised. It was a small pet. It was a kitten. The way it looked was really pretty. It had a collar and on it was written ‘Coco’. They told me that the kitten was mine. They gave me the pet and they asked me to treat her as my own daughter. I was so happy to have her with me all the time. My life was not boring anymore! I always used to play with her. One day they told me that they had to go. They told me to take care of Coco. I took good care of her and I was really happy. I loved her very much. Coco had changed my boring life to the best life.
