My Scary New Car - By Aarush Karmakar

My father bought me a new remote-control car on my birthday. I played with it till dinner time. After that I kept it in my room and went to sleep. I suddenly woke up at midnight because I was feeling thirsty. I was about to drink water when I realised that I had forgotten to fill my water bottle before going to sleep. So I got up to fill my water bottle. 

I suddenly saw that my remote-control car was moving frontwards and backwards automatically but nobody was in the room. I got  so scared thinking that there was  a ghost in the room. I quickly switched on the light when I saw that I had forgotten to switch off my remote-control car’s battery and it was pressed against a hard pillow. 

I switched off the remote-control car. It was a funny scene.  I told my mother and father about this and they laughed heartily.
