My Own Grand Omelet - By Akshaj Banik

One day my mother and father was not at home and I was alone with my sister when I started feeling very hungry.  My sister did not know how to cook and I could but there was nothing much at home to eat. There was only an egg, oil and some vegetables. So I thought of making an omelet.

 

So in a bowl, I broke an egg, added salt, turmeric powder, and some chopped vegetables which I had chopped and mixed everything with a whisk.

 

Then I put the pan in the induction oven. I waited for the pan to get warm and then added some cooking oil and made the omelet.

Once the omelet was on the plate and ready to eat, it lacked something. I remembered that I had some tomato sauce and some mayonnaise. So my sister and I enjoyed it.
